IFTCA is committed to the well-being and financial security of its members.
IFTCA has introduced a ₹10 lakh accidental insurance policy for its members, providing crucial financial protection for accidents during professional work.
- ₹3 lakh compensation for the family of a choreographer member.
- ₹1 lakh compensation for the family of an assistant choreographer member.
If a member becomes permanently bedridden and unable to work, the association may provide the death compensation amount directly to the member as a disability grant after medical verification and document scrutiny. In such cases, no additional death compensation will be provided to the family later.
FREE assistance for government pension schemes after the age of 50.
IFTCA plans to introduce a pension scheme for members after an increase in association funds.
