Donations Policy
All donations made to the Indian Film & TV Choreographers Association (IFTCA) are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
As donations are utilized immediately for welfare initiatives and association operations, requests for refunds of processed donation transactions will not be entertained, except in verified cases of technical duplication or fraud.
Membership Registration & Subscription Fees
Membership registration fees, annual subscription renewals, and administrative fees paid to IFTCA are generally non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed and verified.
Membership status is activated immediately upon successful verification of professional criteria and payment, and cannot be cancelled mid-term for a partial or full refund.
Duplicate Payments & Technical Issues
In cases where a technical error occurs during the payment process (e.g., your bank account is debited but the transaction fails to complete on our system, or you make a duplicate payment due to a connection error), you may be eligible for a refund.
For duplicate transactions, please write to us at info@iftca.in with your transaction details, proof of debit, and the Razorpay Order ID within 7 working days of the transaction.
IFTCA reserves the right to request supporting bank statements or transaction receipts before approving a refund request.
Processing of Approved Refunds
Once a refund request is received and verified by the IFTCA committee, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original bank account, card, or wallet used to make the payment.
Cancellation Policy
Membership in IFTCA cannot be cancelled or suspended for a refund during the active year. Members wishing to discontinue their membership can choose not to renew their subscription at the end of the annual cycle.
