By accessing or using any IFTCA digital platform — including this website, the member portal, and associated APIs — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of IFTCA digital services immediately.

Membership in IFTCA is open to professional choreographers and assistant choreographers working in Indian film, television, OTT, and live performance industries, subject to verification by the IFTCA office.

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been verified. Annual renewal is required to maintain active member status and portal access.

IFTCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct inconsistent with Association values, professional ethics, or these Terms.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Do not share your Member ID, password, or OTP codes with any third party.

You must notify IFTCA immediately at info@iftca.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

IFTCA staff will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any other channel.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you accept Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

IFTCA issues payment receipts electronically. Physical receipts are not guaranteed unless specifically arranged with the office.

In the event of a disputed or failed transaction, contact info@iftca.in with your Razorpay order ID within 7 days.

All content published on IFTCA digital platforms — including text, images, logos, event materials, and choreography documentation — is the property of IFTCA or its contributing members and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Member-submitted profile content (photographs, work links, biographical text) remains the intellectual property of the respective member. By submitting, members grant IFTCA a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the portal.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of IFTCA content is prohibited.

Members are expected to uphold professional standards in all interactions facilitated through the IFTCA portal — including inquiries, workshops, events, and forum participation.

Abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading conduct may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the IFTCA disciplinary committee.

IFTCA provides digital services on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

IFTCA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of — or inability to use — these digital platforms.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the membership fee paid by the affected member in the preceding 12 months.

IFTCA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the portal after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
